All Done!

FEBRUARY 2015 UPDATE: Check out my new endeavor, Failing Together! You might just find some familiar things lurking around…

January, 2014 Update: I co-authored a book! You can buy it and everything! Read more about it, and how you can get your hands on it, at the official website.

If you happen to be new here, it’s best to check out the ABOUT page and then start at the beginning.

Okay, so it’s not quite the end of November, but the important thing is that it’s all done! All the rambles, gaidens (including the two brand new ones) and extra content are up and this blog is officially DONE.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me and continued to enjoy the rambles after all these years. I believe they finally, finally have a permanent home and I’m happy to say I can finally let them go. I have a bunch of other projects that I’m looking forward to working on in the future (including something inspired by the rambles), and hopefully something will come of them someday.

If you are interested in what I’m up to in the future, you can check out my video game humor blog, Sephiroth’s Tutu. Or you can follow me on Twitter. If anything ever goes wrong with this blog or the links or you see anything wrong, feel free to hit me up via twitter and let me know.

Again, thank you so much everyone for your comments. I really appreciate each and every one of them.

Lark! I want you to know that your writing had such a profound impact on me when I was thirteen years old and first got my hands on the internet. I stumbled across Final Fantasy websites until I accidentally discovered Final Fantasy Freaks one day, and I spent countless days and nights reading them all. When we didn’t have internet I would even go to a friends house and copy and paste the text onto floppy discs (remember those?), and then I would go and recolor them myself in MS Word and read them. I used to even write my own Rambles, and I built my own entire site on Geocities and everything as a kid, all because of how much you inspired me. As an adult now, and someone working toward a real writing career, I think you have been as big an influence on me as any other author that I’ve read, and I think it’s been because you wrote about things I cared about, and I have genuinely cried and laughed at the Rambles all these years. I know that they’re copyrighted material, but I think it would be so awesome to release some kind of free eBook edition of the Complete Rambles or something. At any rate, I want you to know what a huge impact you’ve had on me, how your humor and your ability have stuck with me all this time, and how happy I am for you that you’re still pursuing writing! Best of luck to you.
